Students will be selected by CDM. The internship will consist of a summer work program, during which the selected students will have the opportunity to work on a number of engineering projects at a CDM office. The key to this concept will be CDM's assignment of a mentor to the student. During the summer, in addition to working closely together, mentors and scholars will spend informal time together participating in recreational and cultural activities to help build the relationship that will endure through the scholars' college career and beyond. After the successful completion of the internship, participants will receive a scholarship to help cover expenses for the next academic year.

STIPEND:
A maximum $2,000 housing and living reimbursement is available.
