As you should know from reading the DUSHPE Announcements our wonderful secretary has sent out, we will be volunteering at the Puerto Rican Festival with Concilio on the 24th/25th of September. If you are interested please post a comment or send me an email (jls75) letting me know you'll be attending. Also, all volunteers must attend a volunteer's meeting Friday, Sept 23 at 5pm at
Concilio (7th & Fairmount). There will be food and t-shirts and nametags will be distributed so you don't want to miss this meeting. Plus you'll get to meet the wonderful people we'll be working with.

Hey I want to volunteer for the actual event but you already know that. But I can't make the Friday training session. Can I still volunteer for the parade?
I won't be able to make, you guys have fun!! .. I look forward to get the e-mail for the first e-board meeting..
If you weren't you missed out, the parade was soo much fun and a special thanks to Cedric and Teresita for coming out and supporting the Drexel SHPE volunteer cause. Tune in next month for other volunteer oppurtunities.
